To register by mail, print this form and fill it out. If you are on a team, please remember to write your team’s name on the form. To submit your form, you can either fill it out online or mail it to CLC| P.O. Box 471| Ellijay, GA 30540
To register online, click here and fill out the form. You can choose to pay online by credit card/debit/or PayPal, or you can mail in a check made out to Gilmer CLC|P.O. Box 471| Ellijay, GA 30540. Make sure to put “5K registration” in the memo.
