The 2023 Run for the Son 5K was a success! We thoroughly enjoyed fellowshipping with everyone. In total, we had over 320 people register for our Run for the Son between our 5K, Fun Run, virtual 5K, and phantom runners. We had approximately 100 people participate in either the Fun Run or the Run for the Son 5K on the day of the race with even more participating virtually. Our Cup of Legends went to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church for having 157 registrations. Covenant Community Ellijay & Zion Hill Baptist tied for our Cup of Champions. They each had 10 people participate in one of our races. We are eternally grateful for our registrants, sponsors, team leaders, volunteers, and everyone else who helped make this year’s race a success.
